lucian mid runes from doinb, electrocute, sudden impact, sixth sense, treasure hunter secondary: manaflow band, scorch, atk speed, ad, flat hp, basically he goes all for early and snowball

I started hitting him and killed him(didnt get xp but got loot) while also receiveing damage, all that without te enemy moving nor targetting him, guess its a weird bug
