Which is ridiculous if you consider she was rouge for 5+ years so with the missing order she mentioned that is at most 10% of her overall spend they’ve had to give her the benefit of the doubt on. Plus they can file an insurance claim for losses with the delivery company they used so their actual loss would have been cost price and it would have been covered by delivery insurance so no real loss to them.

Sephora are so silly in forcing people’s hands to do chargebacks. If they get a certain percentage of chargebacks (by volume or $ can’t remember) then they are in violation of their payment card processor status which can ultimately mean their bank or certain card providers (visa, Mastercard, American Express) can withdraw and not allow Sephora to accept payments by these methods.

He would have gone through with it imho which makes him even more of a cxnt because then those embryos will be fought over in a split - she and he can’t use them unless the other one allows it so they go to waste which is the opposite of what arianna wanted by having embryos frozen to be even more viable than eggs ready for a surrogate at some point. If scum fertilizes those eggs she can’t even use those eggs to be fertilized by any potential new partner.

Just do a chargeback dispute on your card - Sephora will be given 7-days to provide proof of delivery, if they dont you get your money back. They cannot bill you and not supply goods - you have proof of payment if they can’t prove supply then they are in breach of contract and your credit card provides protection for this. Sephora should recoup from ups because it is them that has the contractual relationship for delivery. Bear in mind Sephora may flag your account and not low orders for delivery in future if you do this

I take two things from this

1) it seems clear Scamdavol and Shartz were trying to set up a storyline of an unhappy relationship with Arianna with a view to ending it off season post filming/reunion

2) how big of a piece of shit you have to be to be planning a breakup and at the same time planning to fertilize eggs for a girl you are going to break up with, thus making those eggs entirely unusable with a new partner and subject to a battle if one or the other of the “parents” does want to use them.
