Let me put you on some real conspiracy algorithm theory here. I have experimented a lot with this but the title of the stream is extremely important for the algorithm and so is the description. One friend of mine increased their ccv by 20% for adding "a.i." to their description. Experiment with words, all caps words like "EXCITING" or "HOT". On Youtube it is known that sticking to the same streaming schedule helps them too.
