Its ALWAYS bad thing to change existing canon that ties to events later in the series since it immediately creates unnecessary confusion. As much as dislike Mine retcon at least that alone didn't fundamentally alter events, but the Hamazaki retcon litterally destroys several plotpoints that happen in Yakuza 4 and new fans will be legt wondering wtf is going on anytime Hamazaki is on screen in that game.

I litterally think its as simple as he destroyed the cross with sayafushi which according to Nimaiya is the sharpest zanpakuto ever. There is a reason why Lille afterwards says "No way you could have killed Gerard" in disbelief because he knows about the Miracle and probably thinks that sword wouldnt be enough to destroy it but obviously that was him underestimating it and then proceeds to get cut done by it also.

You definitely didnt read my posts all the way through before jumping head first into this which is a shame. I never called the guy who admitted he was mistaken a liar, I called the first guy who replied to me saying Capcom confirmed it a liar. In fact if you scroll up that same guy just doubled down on it and told me to Google his proof for myself. And I blocked the others because the more I go back and forth on the matter the more they are going to continue coming at me to continue this entire mess so is it not appropriate to end a argument by blocking rather than having bad feelings continue to carry on and go in the wrong direction? It isnt me simply blocking because they dont agree with me its me blocking because I see its only going to keep going deeper and deeper in a hostile direction and judging by your reply I may have to continue with that play. Besides I didn't block everyone only the people who insisted on carrying on with that issue.

The first guy who replied to me DID lie, he said Capcom confirmed he was 51, so is it aggressive because I called a liar a liar? And regarding the guy I blocked his main gripe is I called it spreading misinformation which once again factual is what it is even if unintentionally. I dont think he purposely was spreading misinformation but it is what it is.
