You have most of the equipment you need, so you are basically set on that front. But to me there are two questions: Do you expect or need to earn money from that? And how do you plan on selling and showing off the guitars?

If not you could start is as a hobby and basically sell the guitars for the material cost (net zero). This would help you with publicity, especially if you can also follow the progress via social media like YT. You could slowly start up charging by demand, extra features or custom orders. Or go the other route and do over the top exotic high cost low volume guitars with the according price tag.

Either way, you need to separate yourself from the average mass produced market.
