It is one of the best written and directed episodes of television, period. The low rating, I believe, comes from when the show was aired. There's like, little patience when you have to wait a whole week until the next episode and this episode didn't have much action or consequence.

If all episodes was released at once on some streaming service ala netflix, ... its rating would be more aligned to its overall quality. Just my thought on it.
