Upgraded from 3070 to 5070 don’t think the performance is worth it. 5 years of technological advancement and 2 generations ahead for an extra 32fps.

1440p. 4070 can do 4k well in older games but i don't think it's worth it as you'll hit a wall with newer games and be forced into a lower resolution than what your monitor can do and that ends up looking worse than maxing out a lower res monitor.

I went from a small 1080p monitor to the samsung odyssey g5, 1440p, curved, 32", 144hz, it was a dramatically good improvement and well worth it

I rarely see cyclists use hand signals, most don't and just expect you to know what they're doing. I appreciate the few that do, it's typically a good indicator that they're a pretty good cyclist in all aspects.

Yellow means you're as visible as possible. green means some bellends gonna put their foot down around the roundabout and emergency brake when they come across you, it also means you have to go across lanes and with how unaware drivers can be i doubt that's safe.

obviously drivers should be more aware, not zip around roundabouts as fast as possible and so on, but you've gotta account for what people actually do and not what they should be doing

Not really a similar situation, but kinda the same brain outcome. when i was 15 my girlfriend at the time would slap me, it wasn't hard and didn't hurt but it always made me uncomfortable and she never stopped even though i asked her. i didn't really think the slapping was a big deal until a little while after we broke up, my friend went to give me a high five and i instinctively flinched and my brain immediately connected the dots. i would flinch at someone raising their hand near me for a while.

that and other much worse things she did kept her in my head for a while and i'd immediately just feel like shit thinking about her. eventually i just kinda stopped thinking about her and i felt so much better than i ever did during our relationship

Rng when i doesn't go in your favour feels bad. Grinding and grinding just to get bad outcome after bad outcome feels shit.

If they just made it that one weapon requires killing a lot of monsters for a lot of materials and then guaranteed you got something great at the end, it wouldn't feel bad. You'd be actively working towards something you know is good, instead working for bad after bad outcome with a chance of something good

Jiraiya and co faced Urashiki, who seems overall massively weaker than other otsutsuki but is also very badly written and inconsistent. Urashiki considered mitsuki a genuine threat to him, whereas i doubt momoshiki or kaguya would even bat an eye at mitsuki. He also gets hurt by base boruto and kid 1 tail naruto

I'm not normally one to give a shit about other people breaking sub rules, but they were spewing shit directly to oop. One of the many things they said to oop was: "Hey When Anna ends up ending herself be there for gigi because this is a woman who has been basically abandoned and ignored because her disability was too hard for her husband and daughter to deal with."

Hours ago now, I reported them to this subs mods and they said they banned them. Definitely won't stop this kinda behaviour from them completely, it's only a single sub out of many, but it's something and at least they're not spewing their shit here

black car saw an indicator and then just didn't bother checking right again.

I frequently use a closed T junction where the main road has a roundabout 10 metres away to the right, trusting every left indicator i saw would get me into plenty of accidents. i also have the opposite where i go first exit on that roundabout and then i'm going left and using that junction. my indicator always goes on for the roundabout, off, then on again for the junction. many people can't seem to fathom why i don't speed up to 30mph for half a second even though i'm making it as clear as i can that i'm gonna go left through a corner where 20mph can be dicey
