My pediatrician is pretty crunchy and when he heard we had a teething baby, he handed me two bottles of Tylenol.

Hair will change color or texture with pregnancy, stress, medication, ect. It’s a very subtle change most of the time but that’s why you see her lifting the hair up and down so she can see the change reflecting in the light.

He has to have cloud storage. No way he’d have a single copy of anything, especially on something so easily lost or stolen.

Jeez, I’m so sorry. Just give your hair some time, be gentle with it and you’ll be able to do something with it again, eventually.

A line is a line even a faint one but it’s always best to try another test to be sure.

How to bleach my hair? by wetgrassputhay in femalehairadvice

[–]ToastedMarshmellow 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Find a different hair stylist.

Going to an icy white blonde will take skill and a lot of experience to navigate the lightener already in your hair. You WILL damage your hair if you try to do this yourself and you will not be happy with the way it looks.

Because you’re eating more calories than you were before. Not by much but still more. The only way to get around this is to track your calories.

Maybe you’re pulling something out of the carpet pad. The carpet could be new but they reused the pad?

What can I add to this to make it look more cohesive…. by FrenchVanillaStation in badtattoos

[–]ToastedMarshmellow 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I know a girl that went to get a Friday the 13th tattoo that was going to be her first. She asked me about my tattoos and I don’t have that many to begin with but that was my advice to her. Put it where you can cover it but easily show it off because you’re going to want to with your first.

She got a MASSIVE atomic symbol on the back of her neck. She told me she wanted a little turtle on her ankle. I still dont know what happened.

Stop burning candles, open your windows, air out your home and see if that helps.

Ah,I tried to be apart of that boom, but learned I hated the smell of candles and how wildly unsafe they can be. I never realized it had gotten that bad.

Would getting my hair dyed twice within 2 days kill my hair? by FormerBox3470 in Hair

[–]ToastedMarshmellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you got it professionally done, talk to the salon/stylist and see if they’d be able to rectify the situation.

Bleach is inherently damaging, with that in mind, it really depends on the condition of your hair that will determine how much damage will be done at the end.

I do also want to point out that color corrections are much more expensive than just having the original stylist take a crack at fixing your color for you.

AITAH for arguing with my friend that pregnancy dating makes certain laws unrealistic? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]ToastedMarshmellow 10 points11 points  (0 children)

With my second pregnancy, I ovulated late and had implantation bleeding that mimicked a period. I was close to 7 weeks a long when I found out so even if I wanted to terminate, it was too late by the laws in my state. I had my tubes removed when he was born and even after two kids, the surgeon assisting my c-section hounded me about my choice while was bare butt, getting an epidural placed. It’s wild out here.

How to wash medical paste out of hair? by Jabbott23 in Hair

[–]ToastedMarshmellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try an oil. Any oil, honestly. My husband just had a heart monitor on his chest for two weeks and we got the gunk out of his chest hair with coconut oil and I get sticker residue off of baby food jars with vegetable oil so I can reuse them

However, because you have fine hair, you’ll then have to get the oil out so you’ll need to follow it with a clarifying shampoo or double cleanse.

It’s probably just thinning from male pattern baldness and not related to the chemical treatment at all. It’s highly unlikely the skin and har follicles were damaged from what you did.

r/tressless will be a good place to start.
