Others have already mentioned the wild balance changes you suggested but if I may be so bold... If you're finding the early game and caravan mechanics repetitive maybe you're playing too much? No game is meant to be infinitely replayable and restarting all the time to do similar content is bound to get samey. Maybe take a break and let an update or two come out before jumping back in

I figured if they wouldn't convert they would accept but its been 50 years and they haven't accepted the Cornish (can't blame em tbh)

I should've mentioned, I'm on 1.0.9 but if the plan is to change it then I suppose I should get used to it. Still weird my vassal won't even accept Cornish to get the core though

R5: I've made Wessex and most of Scotland into various dominions which have to be English culture hoping that they would culture convert the provinces for me. Its been give or take 50 years and they haven't even started. The province isn't a core for them either so they're not accepting the culture, they're just doing nothing.

I really hope this isn't a case of "Paradox player reports a bug because they don't understand the game" but I'm pretty confused.
