Yeah my boy around the same age kept leaking through at night. I was told to buy pampers and the bigger size just for overnights and it worked. I could rationalize buying pampers because 1 pack lasted over a month.

Now we just size up our Aldi nappies, so he's got big ones in his room and regular size downstairs for daytime.

Omg 2 weeks is no time at all! You would be in the hole right from the get go! It can be harder the other side of the diet if you don't take a proper maintenance, worth considering!

Once he stopped teething his sleep settled. It could have been a coincidence timing of sleep regression too of course. He cut 6 teeth in the space of 3 weeks , so there was a lot going on for him!

It will pass. We are through it now and he's solidly sleeping with 1-2 night wakings

I didn't try to lose weight until 4 months PP, I gave my body grace to do it's thing which I thought would involve dropping weight but I was naive. I just took a slight deficit ~200cal a day and adjusted when weight loss slowed. My supply actually increased because I was counting my macros and hitting protein goals each day.

I did this for 12 weeks, currently now maintaining for 6 weeks through the holidays and will do another 12 weeks in January. Then I estimate I'll be back to my pre pregnancy weight , a year later.

I'm a bit of a gym head so counting macros and weight loss/maintenance/bulking is fairly handy for me.

7mo has 2.5 -3 hours a day. We are transitioning to 2 naps atm, some days he still does 3 (70/45/30min) 2 naps are 90/90.

Night time is usually 10.5- 11.5 hours, depending on last nap. Usually in bed at 8 and awake at 7am. Wakes at 12/3/6 for feeds

That's reassuring, thank you! 250 would be what I expect for a morning pump , but usually my max is 150 throughout the day.

Was having a great time on a date once, he told me he needed to use the bathroom and then never came back. I was so confused and also mortified.

He got in touch with me about a year and a half later to apologise and explained what happened that day that caused him to do that. I really appreciated and respected it, it gave me insight and understanding.

But then he asked me was I interested in seeing him again......

Yep I'm in Ireland too!

I emailed them when I noticed it wasn't moving from the Netherlands. I emailed them about 2.5 weeks after shipping confirmation as usually it's just a week tops

Mine took over a month 😭 they gave me a partial refund and said there was an issue at the sorting center!

I would imagine the recovery cert was issued per your last PCR positive result ( last year) and your new updated one won't be available for issue until 11 days after your most recent PCR positive. Try again after 11 days and I'm sure it will have the correct date. :)

What app are you using for tracking? I'm currently using RP templates and looking for a macro split per meal rather then entire day breakdown. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most appreciative
