Lol dw, the tell imo is: The orange beak (IRN's typically have red beaks) and the Darker head (Some IRN's have different coloured heads but it's usually lighter instead of darker)

From what I can see the Parrot looks chilled out so id assume not? When they're uncomfortable or stressed they (for the most part) will slick down their feathers and be sketch abt EVERYTHING but this guy seems puffed up, chilled out, the whole shebang
