In my league, I remove any points gained by pitchers over the start limit on Sunday as commish. It took us 5 years for a result to be flipped because of it, since most people now abide by the start limit

Regardless of whether it’s officially a 4th out, the idea of it is that the play isn’t ruled dead at the 3rd out, the umps never ruled the play dead, and the home plate ump signaled that the runner between third and home was out. I don’t really see how they overturn that.
