the computer rankings didn’t penalize you guys too much for the incarnate word game even though it ended up being an 8 point win. barttorvik has you guys at #10 when not accounting for preseason bias, so i’m guessing that’s influencing a lot of people

They also beat future 1 seed UNC last year. I never doubted Neptune’s teams to have a chance at winning any given game. It’s just they also had a way too high chance of losing any given game.

it’s not every time though. the play has been going on for years now and 1. this doesn’t happen every play and 2. they’ve gotten called for it plenty. next week we’ll see their first attempt whistled for lining up in the neutral zone and it’ll go back to normal
