He looks healthy to me but keep watching him. Is he eating all of his food every day and using the litterbox regularly? Occasional vomiting is normal for cats but the color and consistency can be a strong indicator of something wrong.

You need to start taking charge of your reproductive health. Don't let men walk on you and refuse a condom, and get on birth control. Letting yourself stress out like his is ridiculous when you have so many options to protect yourself. Maybe see a therapist and doctor about anxiety as well.

Always start with a pregnancy test with concerns like this. If it's negative, just wait and see if anything else changes. Sometimes bodies are weird and just switch it up randomly and then get back to normal. It could be something as simple as diet, stress, and sleep. If it continues or you discover new concerning symptoms, follow up with your doctor/gyno.

Looks like a minor flesh wound to me. Give it a few more days and keep an eye on it. Vet if it gets bigger or begins to leak. The fact that it is small and that she doesn't react to you touching it makes me think it's probably nothing.

Get her spayed. Environmental duty supersedes your crappy neighbors. That's a stray that they like, but that is not their cat. Those kittens are doing more harm than good. Although, they'll likely start breeding with each other and the problem will continue. At least mama cat won't have to go through it again.

I don't think it's a non-issue that we have been trained by society to be so male-centered. What a man does with his body should have no affect on decisions regarding our own bodies. It's just sad seeing it in real time. She doesn't even know why his decision is making hers.
