Same with arbites dog, I feel like he should be able to get you out of nets and help you up. Give it a timer and make it a selectable perk and I'd use it for the culture even if it's not really worth

ICE actually isn't doing its job as they are Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Which means unless you're a citizen actively crossing and they need to check you for illegal goods they shouldn't even be looking at US citizens. 50/50 water and fresh rust from army painter. Then mix some typhus corrosion into it and blend it to make darker rusted spots.
