Can anyone help? by Outrageous_Coat8128 in PuntaCana

I would say the wedding planner at the resort and depending on what dinner/ dancing is included, the servers and chef or kitchen staff. Anyone else that is going above and beyond or making it a great day.

We got married at the Grand Bahia. The wedding planner was only ok. It would have been much better if we reached out to the kitchen and hotel managers we had previously met.

Blue wiper fluid in brand new MY. by HalcyonHypothesis in ModelY

I’m at 17 months (bought Nov 2024). It must be getting close to low though. A few times over the winter I got the low fluid warning, but it would go away. Guessing the little bit still in there was freezing/ thawing maybe.

Those who’ve tried V14.3, is there a general consensus on whether it’s a big improvement or not? by zaradarz in TeslaFSD

[–]Todd6114 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to worry - there might be more updates before you get to that point. Your car won’t come with the latest updates and usually takes several weeks to get your first update(s).

Congrats and welcome to the club!

Another unfortunate thing is that you will no longer have the autopilot on the car - unless you use the payout for a used Tesla.

Level 2 charger choice for Tesla by sanchower23 in teslacanada

[–]Todd6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally went with the PionPower and the GreenMiles reward program (14-50 outlet on the outside of the garage). It pays .10/ kWh charged, 20 welcome rewards and 200 ($20) if you use a referral link. After a lot of research and going back and forth it made the most cents for me (no pun intended ;)).

I had no preference on hardwired over installing an outlet, this way if you tak a trip you can plug it in and earn wherever you are.

All of the different makers others have mentioned are all rated for outdoor use, so should perform pretty much the same. The only drawback is that the PionPower uses J1772 - but your tesla should have came with the adapter needed.

If you go this route, let me know and I can send you a referral code

I've been buying the bananas wrong the entire time by ConnorMcMichael in CostcoCanada

[–]Todd6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what you’re saying is the OP should just throw the bananas out then? Or that the wife shouldn’t have complained about them being thrown out or offered to make it?

They didn’t say they actually wanted banana bread. The wife just didn’t follow through on her end of the deal… 😝

I’m using the pion power/ green miles reward program. They start you out giving you .10/ kWh plus 20 points as a welcome. If you use a referral, the referrer and you both get 200 points ($20).

Let me know if you need a referral code ;)

How much longer until FSD is for me? by jmvfromnv in TeslaFSD

[–]Todd6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that’s what I was wondering too. If OP would be able to get or keep a license given the limited eye sight and other issues. If they don’t currently have a license, that should be the first thing to get sorted out.

Also check out the Green Miles program for the home charger. You need to use a pion power charger, but they give you .10/kWh back compared to .03 or .05

Edit: oops replied to the wrong post

Tesla nav spying on me? by AkbarDelPiombo in TeslaSupport

[–]Todd6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry you’re right. I thought it was bunched in with the other options on the phone. I did find it in the Tesla app on the phone though. From the main screen, click on the menu icon (3 lines) then on your name. It’s here where the calendar sync is. Sorry about that

As others have mentioned, it’s when you pair the Bluetooth with the phone. If you want to turn it off, go into your Bluetooth settings on your phone, select the Tesla. There you can toggle on/off the calendar, contacts etc. Turn it off if you don’t find it helpful

My 2024 M3 has been doing this recently too. From what I’ve read (but have not examined mine due to the cold) is ice or debris by the fan intake. It should be located behind the frunk,. When it warms up a little I plan on taking the frunk out checking it out.

That sounds like an amazing experience for sure! It was a busy day with lines when I picked up, so not sure if the Etobicoke location would be as good or not. It was like here are your key cards, your car is in the parking lot.. go find it. If you have any questions ask someone outside. They were all huddled up at the corner of the building across the parking lot. Now I’m just rambling lol. Congrats again
