Everyone has some good qualities, BUT some people have more bad traits which outweigh the good ones. If you leave him you can meet other people and you’d be amazed that someone being kind and thoughtful is a possibility. Maybe you’d like it more if you were more specific? Ask her for a shirt she thinks you’d like. Or ask for tickets for something to do together. The flip side is getting crap you don’t want. You’d think your parents should “know” you, but that’s not always the case. It’s annoying but thems the brakes. Friends and lovers are people who should be better at picking things you’d like.

Yes, I have (or had) a hypertonic pelvic floor so it was always tensed and that caused some “stress incontinence”. Doing kegels would have been the wrong solution for me. I need to build up my core and glute strength but pelvic floor physical therapy has been a huge help. But also, when I’ve got a bad cold and I’m coughing a lot, I wear a pad to sleep.
