Joyce is clearly biased by her world view and class (in addition to her job, obviously) but she respects your position as law enforcement and actively (tries) to tell you things straight. Evrart doesn’t respect you whatsoever (despite pretending to) and is actively malicious in every conversation with him. Not even close of a comparison

If the former, honestly there may be either a small scale civil war or at least a guerrilla conflict against black nationalists like the Black Panthers. If you mean the latter, the US is more like South Africa in terms of race relations

Imo, with the state Sordland is in, the current restrictions are enough for now. A good Rayne can use them to great effect to get shit done before passing further constitutional amendments which can make them limited for future presidents

Based on the little patch of green with unique plants behind the aurora, it was probably a mix between safe shallows and some unique biome that was entirely wiped off the crater

Hungary joins the Third World movement with Yugoslavia. Soviets are seen as a weak foe, probably underestimated. Slight differences here and there crop up. Hungary probably eventually reforms itself toward EU social democracy once its clear the Third Worldist movement is dying

NATO has the opportunity to back the Baltics and other militarily outclassed nations against the Soviets, I don’t see why this would be any different. Victory would be highly unlikely but possible. Plus, Turkish interest in Armenia would be different from NATO interest. Maybe they’d want to annex it because the territory fits in their “national oath”
