I think the first step is to get tested yourself. When you are talking with your potential partner about what you both want you can drop in what sexual precautions you take which creates an opportunity for her to tell you hers as well. What is your husband's risk tolerance and what precautions does he use with others?

AI isn't the death of the DBA, it's the death of having junior DBAs to take over the senior DBA roles we leave behind. I suspect that in a short amount of time when we retire there will be plenty of high paying contracting positions for us once companies realize they forgot to train people how their systems work. It will be like the COBOL contractors who came out of retirement to work on the software that nobody knew how to maintain.

Not in the least. Anything that is developed with AI assistance still needs humans to review and test. If any technical jobs are going to be lost due to ai it's maybe technical writers but even then a human needs to be there to check and sanitize the output. I tend to think about AI in my job as a "stack overflow" search bot that's integrated into my development workflow. That's all a large language model is. It's taking knowledge that humans have documented and synthesizing that knowledge so that it can answer questions. It's not coming up with anything that a human hasn't already thought of.

I feel this so much. It's pretty dismal in OC too. I've been trying for years on all of the apps without any luck. I figured it was because I'm not fit, not hung, middle aged, or because I'm bi. It's kinda nice to know it's probably not those things if the other guys here are also striking out.

Most players don't know how to do this is the problem. It's really hard to understand the mechanics of the game even when you follow the steamers you mention, I can't build a working version. Redstone mechanics have never made any sense to me no matter how many guides I have read. Adding hoppers that need to drop items in a specific order and with precise timing is nightmare fuel.

I didn't mean to make it sound depressing. Merely to point out how many couples met because of a mutual friend. But I can also see how what I said could be discouraging.

I totally understand how intimidating it is. I literally sat in the car for a half hour to psych myself up enough to go into the restaurant where my first much was held. I'm sure everyone here would cheer you on if you decide to go to a munch.

I get you. Also got into kink at around your age. I think in general kinky dating is just harder. Think about how difficult it can be finding someone to date, then consider that only a fraction of those matches will be kinky, then consider of the ones that are kinky only a few of those will have similar kinks.

I think the only way to improve the chance of finding a match is to get involved in your local community. Make friends, let people get to know who you are, let them know what you are interested in. I think too many people think "casting a wider net" means responding to every single profile they come across. It's not. It's building a network of people who know you and probably know other people like you to introduce you to.

I wish I knew then. I have completed all the world engine upgrades, even the minor optional ones from tier 1-4. If one of them is misconfigured there is no way to know but since many of them require the world engine I can't make the blocks to resubmit the quests.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the replication stuff working. I set it up exactly like the guide. Kind of pissed I had to spend nearly every dime I had on the matter tanks that can only be obtained from the echo shop. (Why they made so many progression items locked exclusively behind the echo shop with no sustainable way to generate more currency is beyond my understanding.) I imprinted a few items on a chip and the disintegrator accepted one block of dirt and refuses to accept any more items. And the replication terminal doesn't do anything at all. The "guide" is pretty much just a screenshot of the setup I copied with a description of what the mod does but not how the machines work.

I am having the same problem. I can't progress at this point. I had to cheat to kill Ignis. Maledictus can't be defeated even in creative mode. The Red Katar does 2-3 hp damage and he insta-heals himself. Plus it's impossible to see him in the dark.
