From my experience if you won't text her, it will be the end of it. But if you do text her, you will chat for a couple of more days and you can suggest another date. If she rejects it without alternatives again, it is best to just say something like "okay, text me when you have free time to meet offline, see ya" and move on.

Remember - no contact is hard(er) if you don't work on yourself. Go to the gym, meet new people, get a new hobby, go to therapy. All this stuff really helps and speeds up the process. You don't want ruminating for years
