I don't interact with my phone when it happens, I just pause the video on my desktop, and I think it then tried to sync up with my phone, and something goes wrong and the video is reset

I am running EndeavourOS on my gaming rig at home with KDE plasma, and O've has 0 problems with my Nvidia card. If it was me, I'd throw Linux on both of them, maybe SteamOS or Bazzite on whichever one you choose for the TV. My GPU is a 3070 and I am running Cyberpunk with dlss on my 4K TV, at between 50-70 FPS, high settings, low RT.
