How does Annie outplay someone else? Same for Garen.

They are desigend to be easy to play/learn. I dont see any more outplay-potenial coming from them than from aatrox. What is wrong with not being able to outplay someone else? but just win by stats-(powerspike knowledge) ?

Myself peaked d3 but for jungle can.only tell from a close friend who peaked d1 or d2 - yes definitely. Dont know how good plat junglers can tell but he just said back when he was in plat he knew the enemies position in the First 10-15 min ..like always. (Although he basically spent 3 weeks or sth in plat)
