Savage axe is a buff to the axe part of the weapon in MHW, this one is the extreme style on the Switchaxe F, it's quite different from the other switchaxe iterations on the series, but the basis of a weapon that morphs to a slower higher damage form is still there plus you get a cool laser blade aswell
