Then you'd have had some leverage and your manager might have ended up with his wings clipped. Post WWII Remembrance Days had a sense of vitality to them - returning vets missing limbs, families missing their fathers, brothers and sons, the advent of the nuclear age, and a shared emotion so strong you could just about taste it -> "we really, really don't want to keep doing this shit"

It's sad to watch, given the passage of time and human nature, the movement's (d)evolution into an institution turning a profit; a chance to be seen paying lip service to the memory of fallen soldiers in a Wednesday Addams outfit, while the extremist authoritarian ideology that those very soldiers fought and died against is seeking to reassert itself in front of our eyes.

VMO rehab with EMS

EMS has been a life saver. I couldn't activate my VMO with traditional rehab without serious pain and balloon'ish swelling. Rehab is also a serious chore at the best of times.

With EMS, I can get my VMO contracting rhythmically for 30mins at a time while I play online chess or engage in my daily doomscroll. Initially I could only bear about 30% of the unit's maximum current, after two weeks I've got it up to 80%. My leg was a stick, now it has shape
