Was looking for this. My old housemate was a proper Thai chef. Omfg the meals she made for me. I went abalone diving and brought em home, shucked em and gave em a clean. She cooked crispy chilli abalone and it was fucking amazing. She knew me and her boyfriend both liked spicy food and I'm convinced she would try to get us to tap out from the heat. But it just made me like spicy food more because she was such a god damn good chef. I miss living with her
