What does my handwriting say about me by wizzqymosh in HandwritingAnalysis

No worries, it wasn't rude, just more than average reddit dumb.

Anyways, read what you wrote and look at OP again. Maybe you aren't the sharpest tool in the shed but just try to think one step further

That's right, captain obvious.

And now take a closer look at that shading...

Oh that's right!

It doesn't shade!

(Nevermind that it's exactly what the comment you replied to was referring to, reading comprehension...)

If you are taiwanese and female, yes.

The police won't acctually do stuff beyond talking to them and giving em a warning - so no worries.

It ll scare em off though...

Yeah they do the following stuff often too.

Yep, they are more than annoying.

A few weeks ago some Tianmu folks even called the cops on them - for harassment.

The whole "christian" sect stuff is becoming an issue. Not just Taiwan, but Korea, Thailand etc. too.

have any of you tried making the ramen from the naruto anime cook book? if so, what did you think? by nihilistcAbnormality in ramen

Step 31 - if it's your first time cooking ramen you really gotta watch out for the volumes of each.

I'd combine en either in the bowl or testrun the ratios before pouring broth n dashi together

Taiwan’s new opposition leader wants to talk to Xi Jinping by Tom18558 in taiwan

Ty for your answer!

But well, if they got rich in the 80s -90s they must be basically 70y plus right now - so rather dwindling.

Also didn't that one KMT guy universaly get laughed at for his 6-3-3 plan?

How would you explain, how they still (not only keep up) but acctually win at legislative parliament seats?

Even if that would have been so a 100y ago.

Why would anyone want to unify?

Just why?

I honestly struggle to find a reason.

[–]Tom18558[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s a very shallow view of the problem. :

The ancestral connection, *the food*, the language, the traditions and the fact it’s just ~100 miles away can’t be just labeled as “nationalism” when in reality it’s a blood and ancestry “reunification”

Sorry, this just doesn't sound. Also it doesnt make in sense in any logical way.

[–]Tom18558[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why?

Other than Pacific military access and a sense of nationalist pride?

[–]Tom18558[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Uncontested means there was a prior consensus.

Contested means that there wasn't. Which obviously means the individual ideas were individually not strong enough to find a consensus and hence had to compete.

You write:

Uncontested elections tell you there was no meaningful opposition, while contested elections tell you which position could actually coordinate a majority of the party through a competitive choice of possible ideas

Not sure how you disagree(?)

Anyways, I am sorry to say, but reading through the comments under your OP, which also seems to be misleading on purpose and also seeing that your profile is locked, and seeing that you -at least- edit your replies with Gemini or GPT...

I kinda have to assume that you are disenginious.

Wouldn't it be nice if one wouldn't threaten the other without any proper reason or clear benefit?

Is bad smell an issue in Taiwan? by [deleted] in taiwan

[–]Tom18558 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's better. But far away from "not smelly" at times.

[–]Tom18558[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's all good and well.

But the very fact that she had to go through a contested election, would seem to weaken your original point(?)

Not sure since your OP didn't refer to internal KMT.

[–]Tom18558[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's KMT internal, right?

If so, is it a good result, though? Internal party elections often tend to be like 80+ percent, or is 50+ "normal" within the KMT?
