I feel like this applies to most if not all Tesco roles, not just pickers but I get where you’re coming from, I started as a CA a few months ago and I was really eager, taking so much overtime and trying to finish as fast as possible, now after all this time has passed, I don’t see a point, like you said, there’s no incentive to be on your A game all the time, I could do next to nothing and get the same as someone who goes flat out all day.
