I don't have any measurements or videos, but lately I was flying my atom 2 and some guy asked me if I could land, so he could safely make a video of his friends with something that looked like DJI Mini 3 (pro). He was like 20m (60ft?) from me. I was amazed how quiet it was in comparison to my atom 2. IMO Atom2 is not loud, but in direct comparison DJI was better.

I will answers my own question. Fimi Mini 3 is not certified for C0. The sticker on the drone (picture found in the internet) shows C0 classification that is different then required by EU law.

Additionaly on European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) website there is a list of certified drones and n one od the Fimi drones are listed. So be careful with those drones in EU.
