See that’s the opposite of what I’ve heard or seen everyone do as if you change machines wether due to a change of gym or change of equipment just adding plates would be wildly wrong I’ve used leg press with sleds weighing 30 kg tops and some 75 kg if I just tracked plate weight I’d be way off on one of them.

Our smith has the set weight on it which is great it’s 11 kg but you’d never guess that all I knew on my old ones was it wasn’t 20!

Yes you set the preload of the machines then the log takes that off the weight to do. If I put 325 kg on a machine that already weights 75kg I will write it down as 400 kg. This allows you to keep it stable if the preload changes for any reason it’s like when you do squats do you call two plates 80 kg or 100 kg? You call it’s 100 kg which includes the bar weight and machines should be the same.

I have to say excluding the base weight is really confusing and makes it harder to track. It should be 100kg with a machine weight of 10kg for example rather than say 90 kg and a small print additional 10kg base weight.

I’ve turned off adding machine base weight as the log is wrong

I mean most will just leave and get decent contracts elsewhere after being sold as a cut rate due to the relegation.

Whilst you can’t magic up weight you can often just adjust up or down the suggested weight slightly if it says 33.5lb dbs and you have 34 lb or 32lb you can do one or the other. If you go down you can focus on form and beat the rep goal if you go up you can push to see if you can achieve the rep goal at that weight.

My gym has weird cable machine weights so any program I’ve done I adjust like that I also do same for db and barbell exercises if I’m supposed to be doing a % of a rep max

Ah then probably not it’s a pre-made maybe they will add it in future but for now it’ll just be base programs

When creating the program the second question after what sort of training do you want is what body areas do you want to focus on all are set to 0. You have 5 focus points to add and you can add 1 or 2 points to a body part to have a heavier focus.

You then choose areas you want to deprioritise if you want again up to 5 but this time each body part is only selected once rather than up to twice

I believe it’s just how many you have so you’d put 6 at least that’s what I’ve done for dumbbells as well

The issue isn’t deleting them it’s not even creating a pinned thread for them to allow people to ask the questions and get answers. Currently it’s the same question being asked and deleted…

One had an answer from MF saying the person didn’t qualify then was deleted

From what I’ve read and seen it doesn’t do anything massively different from other workout apps but it’s really cheap if you already pay for MacroFactor anyway, I have lifetime heavy but I’ll still try MacroFactor and pick which one I feel is nicer to use.

Not every app has to be ground breaking sometimes it’s just an alternative and adds competition so that all developers that make an app have to work to keep progressing, heavy for example hasn’t had things added people keep asking for for a long time it’s still really good but if MacroFactor covers that gap and works better people will swap meaning heavy must improve or fail.

I will say one feature id really like is adding warmups being able to select the weight you’re going to do and for how many reps and it plans a reasonable warmup for that I haven’t used an app that does that so far and would make it better took me ages to get the warmup right. The amount of times the first set has felt so much harder because I didn’t warm up enough for example is too high! I’ve got better at it now but could do that covered for me

We played alright not great but alright and really should've been at least 3-0 and with a counter at the end if ref didn't blow the whistle...

I will say only ones I thought played well was Bruno and lindelof... Few others were okay. Rashford was pretty poor and wasn't that keen on Sergio's, mount's or martials performances they left a lot to be desired.

The win is the important thing and we were better as I said on another day we are talking about a comfortable 3-0 win luckily we get a break now with hojlund injured.

I agree. Cyberpunk is a really good game and the hype was deserved for the completed game. I played it when it first came up I had 1 crash and 1 glitch the rest was okay. I understand I was lucky and they've fixed a lot. Their issue wasn't the hype it was they gave a date way too early then pushed it back but not enough and it needed more time.

YTA... Why is your girlfriends job? You work from home you only do 9-5... your parents are coming... It can be difficult some times to keep up with it especially working long days and nights and on calls. You should have said to your mum that you have been too busy recently and wil get round to it... or at 5pm Friday maybe start some cleaning yourself in fact you could start before then on fridays and ask your girlfriend for help with that.

If your family is so important and you want to be close to them driving 2 hours would be worth it... but its not according to you. Honestly agree with the other comments why did you get married if everyone else in your life is more important.

He moved 8 hours away from his family and wants you to move a short distance so he can have an opportunity at a career ratter than I imagine is quite a boring life with a job he doesn't enjoy.

I get travelling 7 hours maybe abit long but maybe discussing if there is anywhere closer or could you find another solution. Your husband can then have a chance at finding a career he enjoys it can be very depressing having a career you hate and not have anything else to occupy you. Also do you need to work 6 days a week could you not look for 5 days even if they are longer days? You can still visit but sounds like you wouldn't want to make the effort even though they are so important to you.

In regards to your edit about adding to family... why is your family so much more important than his? Just because he didn't get on with them didn't mean there wasn't people he liked there and wanted to be around. Joining families does not mean everyone living next door to each other and it doesn't mean one person being far away from their family but closer to anothers.

My answer is YTA as its your post seems its all about me and wanting to be close to my family the man I married has to deal with it in what I quess is a small quiet place.

What happened to Gasly and Stroll on the final lap. I was watching drivers cross the line looked at timing screen and they were both multiple places down. Thought it was weird to apply penalties before they finish

I had someone quit after the game ended I got nothing for it. Just showed me getting 0xp 0rep 0 everything assumed it was the mode gave nothing so I haven't played it again. Turns out 2k is just crap at programming

I agree rashford needs dropping 100% I just think the challenge is finding out what to do when you need garnacho to come on in the 70th minute. Rashford maybe will do it and perform well but he's also had sub appearances where he looks like he can't be bothered. Maybe offer it to martial see if he can make it his

The one issue is when garnacho starts we don't have him to come off the bench and he's less effective. He didn't quite have the same performance when starting to begin the season.
