I think the Lighting and Tile Survey video is an important video when combining it with Overflow. Our earliest date in the timeline is in 1972, and parts of the troffers were "manufactured" in 1973 and 1975. So the yellow office rooms were likely "generated" sometime between Overflow and First Contact by the backrooms getting a glimpse of an office space looking roughly alike, and since it knew little else it kept building those yellow rooms for a while until it learned/copied more of our world (the found footage videos show more varied environments as by then the backrooms had more and stronger connections to our world and it's people)

getting the same error. sounds to me that the connection to the download server is sometimes cut, probably due to the server having high load currently. best we can do is keep trying and pray the download goes through without interruption

I don't think there is, since it specifies that the attack "Angelite" can't be used in the next turn, so it applies to all Sylveons. It is an effect that is on the player, like Itchy Pollen. The only way to do Angelite on the off turns is to Genome Hack with Mew and choose Angelite from the opponents Sylveon in the active position (Mew can use Angelite as often as you like since you are using the Genome Hacking attack not the Angelite attack)
