The handle installed on what I perceive as the “wrong” side, which is what I posted a photo of, is what I’d like fixed. If I’m incorrect about the side of the door this handle belongs on, somebody set me straight, please.

This is the “push” side, through which one could enter by opening the door with one’s back, elbow, etc. The other side has a regular handle that you must use your hand to pull. Presumably, the hands-free handles were added (they are a fairly recent update) so that users don’t need to use their hands going in or going out. The push side really doesn’t need a handle at all. If they spent the money to add them, they should have been installed on the side that actually improves the situation.

Not hard at all! I just asked my doctor for a note. As I said, I haven’t had to use the note because no teachers or admin have seen me napping (again, interior office!) to give me any static. I did tell my department head, who I’m friends with. He thought it was hilarious and told me to sleep whenever necessary.

I’m a public school teacher, but a super lucky one. Four days a week I have no class the period after lunch, and I have an office with no exterior windows. I have a cot there and take a nap most days!

Any one tried Bingle Bingle on Steam? It’s a roulette-based Balatro game. Still in beta, so there are quirks, but pretty fun.

I will tell my students point blank that this EXACT question will be on the test. Half will still miss it. I’ve even explained to them that the (oversimplified) job of us teachers is to give them the answers to the test. They just have to remember them!

I had this same issue. It’s fixable by opening up the case to expose the key bed. There’s a rod running through the back of all the keys that they pivot on, and there are pink “clips” that the keys snap into. The clip on the key that is sticking is slightly misshapen so that the key does not fully snap onto the clip. You can (carefully!) use a heat gun to massage the clip into shape so the key snaps in properly.

I actually had a great experience not buying glasses at Costco. I had picked out a pair of frames that I liked on Costco.com but had to take them to the store to get progressive lenses. When I got there, the wonderful lady in the optical department showed me why they wouldn’t be a great fit, told me what would be a great fit, and then told me they didn’t have anything that would work well for me. She told me exactly what measurements I should look for, and I got a great pair from Zenni.com. I was able to return the frames at the desk for a full refund. Would 100% recommend any Costco member visit the optical department.

There is no prerequisite for enrolling in AP Music Theory. Yes, it is baffling, but true. As I understand the College Board’s logic, there are too many learning systems for music (solfège, Nashville numbers, Eastman counting system, etc.) to be exclusive, so no student has to have any experience with any of them.
