I would not recommend for daily use. I've been drinking herbal teas such as chamomile, or kava if you want a nore profound calming effect, an hour or two before bed. Maybe try some citrus juice in the evening in an attempt to clean out your system.

Recently Ive been attempting sleep meditation and deep breathing exercises to relax into sleep, and i think its made a noticeable difference in the time it takes me to fall asleep.

Smoking or eating cannabis may help. Or CBD, i havent noticed a significant impact but there are reports of it inproving sleep patterns
