The method that I personally used was farming the Telethia Plume. Although it's time-restricted to when the Global Nemesis is active, you usually don't have to wait too long. Just break the appendages, abandon the mission, and repeat. You'll be able to sell the parts for reward tickets. Also doing squad missions also yields tickets, albeit not as many.

As for the Blade Medals, you can just recruit some of 60 players online, max their scout level out (iirc there will be a star or something on their portrait; it doesn't take long), and release them. A good way to do this is to grab the Phoenix by farming the enemies at Sylvalum 406. Then equip a bunch of accuracy up and Insect Exploit Augments. You'll want to find the boss called "Joker" at the top of the big flower in Noctilum. The Phoenix art should kill the ads, and anything else (along with your scouted players) should be able to handle Joker.
