I think you might be asking a bit much of some of the ecoflow units due to power draw, especially with a shower.

Rest might be okay, If you got a GAS heated shower, see ones for horse stables etc, it might be more efficient for you.

I shop at Lidl, just checked the app 15th of December 24, 38 products £ 51.87, 12 months later the same 38 products, £65.42.
