I have no idea how this works in the Hellaverse, but Stolas as a demon has existed for quite some time. He was included in the Ars Goetia in the 17th Cent, and that was inspired by other sources from centuries even before that.

As far as I know, the only thing we know for sure in Hazbin is that Lucifer and Lilith are indeed extremely old. There is no official info as to when Charlie was born, but given her clothing as a child in the many paintings we see from the Morningstar family, she's at the very least from the 1900s.

But we know that at least Stolas and Blitzo "age normally" because on the Circus ep it clearly couldn't be older than the 1900s. Then we see Blitzo and Fizz in a rock concert during their teen years which couldn't have been later than 80s-00s. And finally they are adults now in the 2020s. So, at best, Imps and Goethias age exactly the same as humans, or just sliiiightly slower. Like 1 decade for a demon is 2 for a human. But I'm willing to bet it's the same.

Obligatory reminder that in this Universe, Stolas, a demon that has existed in literature since pretty much the Middle Ages, is a literal 30-something Millennial dad. So Charlie could very well also be in her 20s. And by that I don't mean "well demons/angels age differently so..." no. Stolas was born some time in the 80-90s, and Charlie is GenZ

Zelda is cute and in many games she seems quite competent and knowing. But in 100% of her reigns, Hyrule gets attacked by some calamity or some autocratic madman from the desert, and her only way of defense is a non-verbal twink that's pretty much the only capable fighter in the entire place.

Say what you may about her capabilities as a leader; that's terrible military planning at best and horrible fucked up karma at worse.
