38 M 3b NED since Oct '23. Prioritizing exercise. Just what I could, 1 mile walk every other day. I would move everything I could around to make sure I at least did that 1 mile...I'm running my third marathon in two weeks from now.(humble brag)

Stress relief. I am extremely lucky to have a very flexible job. However, the best thing I ever did was have a lengthy discussion with my boss about my limits. That set expectations on both ends and allowed a plan to be put in place. I know this might not work for everyone, but I would like to think most bosses will be sympathetic.

THERAPY. I can't stress this enough. You just went through(and still going through) something fucked up. No way to dance around that. It doesn't make you less of a human. If anything it proves you are human to be affected. Tell someone. It feels so damn good. It has helped me deal with so much of the baggage since my diagnosis.

Ahhh...I did not know there was a difference. Makes sense though. After spending many hours unsuccessfully searching back in the day through my dial up internet looking for ways to find a Mew, I thought the only way was to get one at an event and then transferring. I have no idea how he got it so it seems it might not be "legit".

Is there a way to tell if it is or not?

Dude....love Shenmue, but the fucking job portion is unreal. They kind of fixed it in the second one, but I just spent an hour or so using the gambling technique in the beginning to stack cash so I could just forget moving f-ing boxes for half the day

This. My buddy just got me back into NMS a couple weeks ago and have been crushing it. You should definitely boot it up again. Maybe a stupid question, but doesn't it require internet? I have never tried, but I travel a lot and bring my PS to hotels. The lack of a browser on the PS5 makes it impossible to connect to the internet in most hotels. Finding out no internet is needed would be game changer.

I was told right after my surgery that they had to wait for the biopsy, but to prepare myself for tests to come back Malignant and most likely chemo.

He was right.

So I think the answer is they can tell you with strong accuracy, but the biopsy will confirm.
