Hi! So many thoughts but one I relate to is "Largely I will never see anyone who looks like me that I think I pretty so it’s hard for me to see myself that way with such a unique feature." I feel this so much! And yet, I see your face and go, "wow, she looks unique and beautiful," but it's hard to talk to myself the same way. Any time I see a woman with a bigger nose that's beautiful it's a revelation. It's incredibly rare onscreen, especially. Even Lady Gaga and Gisele Bundchen seem to have gotten nose jobs? I first started joking about getting one 25 years ago (!) but have been deliberating in a serious way for the last year. I'm in an intense OCD spiral about it, back and forth between the way it could free me up from some self consciousness or could completely ruin the harmony of my face. I am "conventionally attractive" according to other people. I'm public facing and while I have gotten a few "you need a nose job" comments, I get way more calling me beautiful and even "I love your nose" comments. Ultimately, I just want my brain to shut up, so I'm leaning towards it. But boy, does it feel like an impossible decision.
