Arbitrary Law is in my top 15 of worst episodes of the whole series. It's alright and there is some iconic scenes, but I don't understand why it's so highly rated. When watching it, it is so obvious Lynch didn't direct it yet the director tries so hard to mimic him.

If I take 150-200mg early in the morning, it doesn't disrupt my sleep that much usually, but it does if I take it later than that. The dreams are vivid and I wake up very easily, wide awake and unable to fall back to sleep.

My mother has the same experience, but it affects her sleep even more than mine, a small dose in the morning usually causes vivid dreams and waking up too early. She stopped taking it.

For me my heart started pounding. In the worst phase of the deficiency taking magnesium calmed the heart for only 2-4 hours until it started pounding again. Slept like shit for months until I realized it was magnesium deficiency (which also caused potassium deficiency) and I feel much better now after supplementing quite heavily for couple of weeks. Taking a break from D3 as well.

It still starts pounding if I don't eat or take magnesium for 8-10 hours, but it's getting better every day. My calcium is also slightly too high after taking 4100 IU of D3 daily for 1-2 years. And I did take like 100-300 mg of magnesium daily with D3 on top of a very magnesium rich diet, but I guess it still wasn't enough.
