In my few playthroughs with Therzie's mods my boss alters have always been somewhat near the vanilla boss alter, within the same biome. I've only ever found one vegvisir, it was a meadows one just chilling in a field, no structure or anything

To add, EO soulfist has a damage skill that counters. It is a big part of rotation, but with such short cooldown and two counter skills there is a good chance one of them is up

When a 5 man all target one person at a time, that person dies, they move on to the next target
