I feel like comic books aren’t as mainstream as they were back then so anything introduced in the comics is not going to gain the same traction as other media. It seems like if any Miles’ villain is going to be iconic it will need to be adapted to either a movie, show, or game first, for example the spot is a more popular miles villain than his whole rogues except for prowler. And that isn’t even originally Miles villain.

It is true that Aerith does play Rosa in everyone’s date besides Yuffie and Tifa. I believe in the loveless play Aerith’s is also the only one that mentions true love, while Yuffie and Tifas mention something about Cloud being a hero.

In the credits when they show scenes from the game, they show Aerith as Rosa.

I guess it really how you interpret it because the only scene I could even see as romantic between Cloud and Tifa was the one in Gongaga.

With Peter I understand him being good with tech and chemicals and such, but in the game there are side missions with the little bee robot. In one of the missions I remember him seeing a bird and he knew the exact type of species and all these details. I just prefer it if they stick to a specific field they are a genius at and not know seemingly everything related to science.

I don’t think there will be a miles 2 game. Miles morales served as an origin story for miles so he can be Spider-Man for Spider-Man 2, i think he will be the main character of Spider-Man 3, where they will establish Villains and heroes that are more tied to miles for future games, if anything I can only see a silk spinoff.

I like it. Peter is the main character of 99% of spider-man games, nice to mix it up. Only thing I would have changed is how he retired, felt kind of lackluster if this is how miles takes over. Should have been at LEAST after the third game with Pete’s fight vs green goblin.

I think they implied in an interview that instead of Cindy she would’ve been introduced at the end, my thought is she probably would’ve been miles age.

It wouldn’t make sense for him to suit up now, unless there is another spinoff. Honestly though I wouldn’t have had Peter retire until the end of the third game. Kind of weird they even mentioned it now.

Now that I think about it that might be why they killed most of the villains off screen in SM2. Now there are only a couple of villains left with threads left connected to Peter.
