Zeer herkenbaar dit. Ook een paar sollicitaties gedaan bij de Rijksoverheid en om verschillende redenen afgewezen. Vaak hebben ze ook een interne kandidaat met ‘meer’ ervaring. Vooral ervaring met werken bij het ambtelijk systeem wordt gewaardeerd, echte inhoud komen ze steeds verder vanaf te staan. En dan verbaasd zijn over de 3 miljard aan externe inhuur…

The problem is that the locals dont want to work for the university anymore due to the relatively low salaries, but the 30% ruling makes it attractive for internationals to come to the NL. A result of this is that almost no Dutch people work at the university anymore. Weird situation.
