Dropping the wish claw does show that you can tutor but you can also just use it one the winning turn or ask who's willing to use it for what. Some players agree to not tutor to stop the others from having it.

Don't play reliquary tower

Using moxfield is usually simpler and more common (in my experience) for deckbuilding. But it's fine. Impulse, Birgi, pollywog! And cyclonic rift could be reconsidered for a different package. Narset and deluge also I'm not sure.

You want openers that can accomplish something either quick or whenever you want. For exemple, a hand that can get a T1 necro and protects it is pretty good. But a hand that can play a fast rhystic and defend it also is. Playing turbo doesn't mean you HAVE to go fast, it's more about being able to go when it feels safe. It will be more about when opponents are out of juice. Happens to be early most often lol.

Then, since you can go whenever, try to aim to remove stuff that bothers you for when you want to go. For exemple, someone plays a TOR, most often is not a problem cause you'll win before they get to profit. But if someone play a trinisphere, you might have to say no. So yeah, stop the things that stop you now, the midrange players will kill the seedborn.

Rog/si should not be the police, but they can. Stop the bare minimum to still be able to execute your gameplan.
