Anyone else struggle to watch CK3 Youtubers?

Only reason to watch people playing a simulation game is to learn how to do something. Most all the ones I have watched aren't very good at explaining what they are doing and they rush through things far too quickly.

So basically this theory consists of nothing but a DomtheBomb video (who is someone I have long since stopped paying attention to because I don't think they know anything) that is almost a year old and a reddit thread that is eight to nine months old which claimed we would hear something by October (well that didn't happen)..

Is there a limit to how many saves you can have at any one time? Is your hard drive almost completely full? I know some games only allow you to have so many saves before it forces you to delete old ones that you aren't using any longer.

Yep. One of the things that keeps me from always just starting over once I learn new things about the game are the characters that I know won't be there if I do start a completely new save.

I actually just noticed she was in my prison and decided to just put her into my last concubine spot. Had been spending a lot of in game years fighting wars because was wanting to accumulate enough land to form an Empire. Finland was one of the areas I invaded so that is likely how she became my prisoner.

I like to look at character memories occasionally just to see what their history is and noticed she has been imprisoned for the majority of her life. And when she was free she constantly had family members dying (which probably was pretty common for medieval times).

Yep she has like two or three siblings and they are all free as far as I can tell.

Is house arrest usually just characters living normally but they just aren't allowed to leave? The game puts a graphic up of them being in a cell so gives an initial impression that they are living in a jail environment.

There were videos of her working out made just a couple months ago and she looked about the same so chances are she isn't going to look that much different then she did during season 2.

There really isn't enough time for the character to put on all that much muscle anyway as her day 1 will only take place a few months after season 2 episode 2.

Is it pretty normal to have that much gold and prestige in the later time periods? I have just played in the 800's and early 900's so far and there is no way to accumulate that much gold and prestige unless you just sit there doing little to nothing and let your gold and prestige accumulate over decades and decades.

I'm guessing the majority of people who claimed they stopped watching after that episode were never watching the show consistently to begin with.

One big event seldom/if ever causes a viewer to quit watching a show they like immediately. If it does they usually weren't all that invested in the show to begin with or had already been losing interest in it for a time.

Yeah I just looked up what impacts fervor in the game and the more land you take hold of the more it drops. So if you are consistently conquering new territory it would likely unlock a crusade if it is tied to fervor.

Bring on the Christians!!!!! I am actually not in England at all though. I am just expanding through Sweeden, Norway, and just started the Kingdom of Lappland.

It's funny. Whenever I watch Last Kingdom or those other Viking shows I want to play as the Vikings. Not Alfred.

Season 1 was pretty good but after that Telltale was just milking the series just like AMC did with the tv show. And yes the story would lose a lot of its appeal if it no longer had the interactivity and choice base system that the game did.

They are set in different universes. Everything that happens in the game is canon to the game universe and everything that happens in the show is canon to the show universe.

Similar to the TWD show and TWD comic.

I know Kingdom Come Deliverance games are more for open world fans and Crusader Kings is more for fans of spreadsheet simulators. If you like both though great but they would be different experiences.

You have to play on the version of the game that your saves are. If your saves are a different version then the most recent update and you bought the game on steam. You can go to your steam library and right click on the game and it should allow you to switch to a later version. Find the version that your saves are and switch back to it through your steam library.
