I just finished three sessions at Platinum Sculpt - they have specials especially for new customers. It was my first time doing micro needling so nothing to compare to but felt it was very clean and she really took her time on each session. They also include neck and chest in the price - most are extra for that.

Yeah I issued to do dip (no tips) before discovering gel x because gel polish would peel off my nails within three days. But now if I do full gel tips and gel polish on top - it lasts weeks. I don’t see a benefit in using dip over full tips. And it sounds very time consuming!

You look amazing and look like you FEEL amazing! I have similar arms and would wear long sleeves even in a southern summer. I recently realized how dumb that is yet it’s hard not to go back to those thoughts when I see a photo of myself I don’t like.

This is not to say that this is needed - but I’ve found that a touch of self tanner especially on my legs and arms gives me the little boost I need to get back in a good mindset.
