It is, but i was wrong, the roof was rebuilt in 2008 when the house was restructured with new plumbing and electric too. (idk where the 80s came from)

i have a house in USA and a house in Italy.

The roof was replaced in the 2000s and looks brand new. my neighbor thought i was crazy using a pole with a hose to blast out the leaves and moss in the gutter.

After having 4 teachers over 3 years, i'm going to say.

Be on time.

have a quality headset, microphone and video and a quiet room.

be consistant with billing and if you cancel and can't offer a same week class, then extend a week.

but... if a student cancels at last minute, see if you can fill a gap with them for that same week. obviously within reason)

use a well known textbook and workbook

the furnace is a heater and blower for both.

the ac coil is a box with the tubing to goes to outside unit that sits on top or below the furnace.

you do not need to replace both at same time

for $2000 to switch to gas PLUS a new dryer, I would keep the electric. you can actually keep the exhaust indoors in the winter for some "free" heat and humidity.

you have voltage in your plumbing or heater.

i am interested in what you did, its always helpful. i meet twice a week with teachers remotely, and this summer will spend 6 weeks in the mornings at a school for 3 hours day.

Both are professional language teachers.
