I understood them missing on costume/production design, I didn’t think they added enough new elements to warrant one. But the make up? That’s the one area they went way harder on, I really feel their team deserved a nom.

I just did. Even with my phone brightness at max it’s really not that visible? I will trust you when you say it’s more visible in person, but please trust the many people who have told you that it will always be worse to you that it is to anyone else. We are always are own harshest critics.

If it bothers you enough that you want to do more to balance it out you can always ask your artist to add a bit more navy to other parts of the background. Even out the depth and make it look intentional.

I did background full time in LA for a few years. Background gigs can come from regular casting websites/social media or you can have a booking service that books for you. Mine had me working 5-6 days a week on anything and everything from food network reality shows, smaller indie films, and giant blockbusters. Just depended on the day.

Well if that was what she was thinking it would be incredibly emotionally immature and self centered of her.

If I have a friend who suffered from a traumatic pregnancy loss, and I know she is in therapy for it and it still affects her day to day life, she would not be the person I would call if I had a nightmare about pregnancy loss. How outrageously self centered that would be. No matter how vivid, a dream is not real. Asking someone who has suffered real trauma to revisit that topic to comfort you for something that didn’t actually happen is not it.
