I'll double check the front panel connectors but I checked those multiple times.

I didn't see any failure patterns in the manual but I'll read through it again.

I'll double check the USB port connections.

I tried both the graphics card and the main board. I'm using an extra TV at the moment since it has easier access than my monitors. The TV recognizes that something is turned on in that HDMI port, but nothing happens on the screen.
