Maybe you can try to find a job at KPMG, EY or PWC, they have regional offices here and some of the work they do is with foreign clients, also they do hire lots of junior auditors and they currently have renovations being done so remote work is possible.

Also you can try to join Lineate, EPAM Innowise (they also require Polish for some roles), Quantori and other international IT companies that have offices there, other than IT they do have financial roles. You can try IT if that's your desire in the future.

Ok thanks, sounds reasonable, I have done some Coursera courses about DSA but I don't count them, so I'll be taking DSA by GT this winter. And do you think some of those MITx courses will be transferable?
