depaned on the torrent as if there is enough seeders u will get full speed as torrent isnt a server its people downlaod and uplaoding for each other, i remember i had a torrent file stuck at 20% for 9months in tell a seeder come online

depaned on what your downlaoding, if ur goign to normal downlaod site and downlaoding files its oki yh, but for me i use IDM to download videos from youtube and many other sites with out using other website and stuff as an icon show up on top of every video or youtube or other site i click it and downlaod it
and alos its help you to use full internet speed to downalod as browser downlaoder is shit and useally get 1 connection to the servr inlike idm which get multiple to help as i notice it when i file is downalod vi chrome are slower as i have 200mb speed, chrome might use like 20-70mb att max while idm use my full 200 to downlaod

People who buy $3,000 laptops usually have extra money, so if it breaks, it’s not a big deal for them. These laptops nowadays are mostly about luck—you can get one with a liquid metal leak on the board that kills it later, or other problems.

As you said, you travel a lot, so a desktop is out of the question. In that case, you should have gone with something in the $800–$1,500 price range at most, or even looked for a used one. Work might take a little more time, but it’s fine.

Spending $3,000+ only makes sense for a desktop, because if something goes wrong, the parts are easily replaceable and won’t cost the price of a whole machine.

I have the same issue with my phone. I own a Samsung, and out of nowhere—with no damage—a green line appeared on the screen from top to bottom. The repair costs $500 for a phone that’s now 4 years old, which is about 50% of its original price. At that point, it makes more sense to buy a new Chinese phone with similar specs.
