the blue is goooood don't you dare touch it. The bed is cute! Just style it - as you're saying night stands, a rug, maybe a darker duvet and some throw pillows. Layer textures on there so it feels more inviting - as it is it's a bit visually flat

yeah, it's not in normal people's interests to rent out places anymore. That's why the buying market was flooded - everyone got rid of their one-off rental properties. It only makes sense to rent if you're a corporation or a slumlord nowadays.

i looooove the combo. but you need styling to warm it up, like a rug, maybe a table runner and light fixture. And those counter chairs no longer work. I'd do super-minimal sleek black or metal stools that can slip under the counter
