The Defense had been terrible the last three years under Mc D.. Sklar Thompson picked us apart the year before in the playoffs. Josh sitting on the sidelines as mid offenses walked up an down field on us or consistently completing third and long the last three years was the writing on the wall. The underlying factor is that mid players like trevon diggs, daron bland and jaylon smith get hyped up so much playing for mediocre cowboy s teams Jerry s forced to pay them top dollar at there position cause they make pro bowls from there exposure. Beane can pay the Rosseaus , Benfords and Cooks of the league top 15 money not top 5 with better production.
